Meet The Support Staff Team

Originally a general dentist in Venezuela, Karina owned and operated her own private practice before relocating to the United States. After several years of working as a dental assistant in the Orlando area, she has shifted her focus to the administrative side of the practice.

I'm Sierra Salvanera, a dedicated Dental Assistant since 2015, driven by a passion to build lasting relationships with patients and make a positive impact on their lives. I'm fortunate to share my life with my loving husband, Dino, and our adorable miniature Goldendoodle, Kali.

She is originally a dentist from Ecuador and speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese. She recently moved to Orlando, having previously lived in both Brazil and Ecuador, where she practiced general and pediatric dentistry.
